Interest in the sphere of "real estate" did not come to me immediately. During my studies in 2008-2012 at the University of Florida (USA), the list of courses included a subject related to the study of real estate. However, this problem itself was not interesting to me at that time, although later it became necessary to obtain a license, granting the right to engage in real estate.
VERA REALTY company was already officially registered at the time of my receiving the agent's license, therefore, I made my first purchase for this company because of the preservation of personal capital.
During the development of VERA REALTY and the increase in the flow of clients, the idea of joint investment for people with different income levels appeared, and in 2016 a subsidiary of VERA REALTY was created - VERA FUND - the crowdfunding company, in which I am currently the vice president.
